Location: Burlington, IA & Surrounding Areas
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Range - $60,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend customized pest control solutions.
- Develop sales opportunities through referrals, leads, travel, and cold calling.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the service team and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build your knowledge of pest control inspection processes, procedures, and methods.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Previous B2B sales experience (pest control or service industry a plus!).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
- Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Education and Training provided on-the-job.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
