What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote - Sales Coordinator position at PestCo LLC?

Location: Remote Role (must be located in MO, IL, VA, TX, WA, OR, ID, MT, AZ).
Position Type: Remote Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Manage and maintain a customer “Sales lead” database.
- Maintain sales programs and office relations.
- Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Education and Training provided on-the-job.
- Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
- All duties for Sales Coordinator assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac
- Pass a background check.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Pest Control experience preferred but not required.
