PestcoPro is seeking an eager, dependable, friendly, service minded individual to join our service technician team providing pest and termite inspections and treatments to residential and commercial properties across Southeast Texas.
Successful candidates will be welcomed into one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the area.
It’s all about providing outstanding service delivery to our valued customers.
Prior industry experience is not required.
Pay is DOE
The Successful Candidate Will…
- Complete company paid training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route.
- Operate a company vehicle and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program.
- Complete all required service-related documentation and your hand held device.
- Work well with your team and independently.
Requirements…
- High school graduate/GED
- Dependable transportation w/a valid Drivers license, and a good driving record.
- You are personable and enjoy interacting with customers/others.
- The successful candidate is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic.
- You are detailed oriented.
- You understand the importance of safety.
- The successful candidate should be comfortable working outside.
- The successful candidate must be capable of working in confined spaces. (Under houses, in attics, etc.)
- Safely use a ladder
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done.
