Pest Control Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, lawn care, or landscape management, and be comfortable using various tools and machinery. This position requires excellent customer service skills as you will be interacting with clients to provide effective pest management solutions.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods and products while adhering to safety regulations.
• Utilize farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools effectively to carry out pest control tasks.
• Provide clients with recommendations for preventative measures and ongoing maintenance to keep their properties pest-free.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, pest control techniques, and relevant regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, or landscape management is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with farm machinery and power tools is advantageous.
• Strong sales skills are a plus, as you may need to promote additional services to clients.
• Ability to drive to various job sites efficiently is essential.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving service quality is highly valued.
