Sales Operation Manager

Our expertise spans pest control, termite treatment, moisture control, and structural repairs. We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth, lead our inspector team, and cultivate a vibrant, business-oriented culture that empowers inspectors to expand their client bases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hire and train sales inspectors to generate leads and close sales.
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Set and monitor sales goals to ensure team performance.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver excellent service.
• Build a fun, high-energy sales culture that thrives on teamwork.
• Maintain strong client relationships to boost retention.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in pest control, home services, or related industries.
• Experience managing a sales team and growing revenue.
• Knowledge of pest control or a strong desire to learn.
• Passion for coaching sales professionals to succeed.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency with sales metrics, CRM software, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
