What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Pet Butler?
Job Summary
We are seeking independently motivated team members for providing pick-up and disposal of pet waste from residential and commercial customer properties. Field Service Technicians enjoy working independently, are detail-oriented and dedicated to providing a high level of service excellence while completing daily route assignments.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop the knowledge and skills to professionally service a property, including add-on services such as Odor Eliminator applications. Become proficient with all service techniques and all equipment utilized.
- Organize and schedule daily work, so the most efficient, timely service is provided to our customers, and services are completed in accordance with the service completion time table.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and operate company vehicles in a safe manner following the “Rules of the Road” applicable for the state laws where driving. Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding the safe operation and care of vehicles.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
