What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pet Waste Services Specialist (16-28 hours/week position at Pet Butler?
Pet Butler is South Eastern Minnesota’s Premier Pet Waste Cleanup and Removal Service, where dog "business" is our business! We clean up, disinfect and remove dog waste from residential yards and apartments, HOA's and condo communities.
We are a small, family-owned company looking at immediately hiring part-time employees. Applicants with experience working in: general labor and/or pet care, pet kennels/pet boarding, even pet grooming would be a good fit for this pet waste clean up position. Experience working as a delivery driver would also be helpful. Prior experience isn't needed, just a willingness to work outdoors while helping others is great!
Responsibilities:
- General labor including working in the outdoors in heat and cold while doing physical work of walking on uneven terrain.
- Provide respectful communication with customers and their pets.
- Utilize an internet-based routing system to track daily work, record applicable notes in provided tablet.
- Take care of equipment and properly dispose of waste.

Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. using our company trucks to drive safely while following a route using GPS is expected.
- Ability to bend/lift, and scoop
- Ability to carry up to 40lbs.
- Good eye-sight and detail-oriented so you can locate poop in hidden areas.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Working independently and outdoors.
