Are you passionate about animals and love helping people? Join our family-oriented, fun, and energetic team at Pet Care Clinic of the High Country as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)! We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to help support our growing veterinary practice and make a difference in the lives of pets and their families.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic.
- Schedule appointments, answer calls, and manage client communication with a smile.
- Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow for our veterinarians and technicians.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for our clients and their pets.
- Keep accurate records and maintain confidentiality.
Hours:
- Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling options:
- 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts (7 AM-5 PM or 8 AM-6 PM)
- 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts available if preferred
