Overnight Cleaner & Dog Care Assistant –Part-Time (8-24 hrs/week, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Pet Care Plus is looking for a dependable Overnight Cleaner & Dog Care Assistant to keep our facility spotless while ensuring our furry guests are comfortable and safe overnight. If you love animals and take pride in keeping a clean and organized space, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

Deep cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility (kennels, play areas, lobby, etc.)

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and laundry duties

Letting dogs out for potty breaks and monitoring them for safety

Keeping a close eye on the dogs' health and well-being throughout the night

Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining janitorial equipment

Assisting with overnight care as needed to ensure dogs are comfortable

Following all sanitation and safety protocols

Answering voicemails

Responding to emails

Approving reservations

Reliability is a Must!

This is a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of the dogs in our care. Being on time and showing up for every shift is absolutely necessary. Dogs are counting on you to monitor their well-being, let them out for potty breaks, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Call-offs and tardiness are not acceptable—we need a dedicated team player who takes this responsibility seriously!

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and temperaments

Able to handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods

Experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred, but we’ll train the right person!

Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid drivers license.

Schedule & Pay:

Part-Time: 8-24 hours per week. Flexibility on the days.

Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
