Overview
MUST LOVE DOGS. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist customers with their pets, recommend pet products, manage cash register transactions, and maintain an organized retail environment. This is a part time position, but can lead to more hours and advancement opportunities within our company.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
- Actively educate customers about features and benefits of Pet Evolution products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Assist in supervising store operations during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory effectively and ensure accurate pricing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to enhance the shopping experience.
- Must love animals and want to pet them daily!!
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
