Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our top customers, ensuring a seamless ordering experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new leads, following up proactively to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement customer outreach strategies that drive engagement and sales growth.
- Assist with the rebranding efforts and product launch by gathering customer feedback, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring smooth transitions for existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data using CRM tools.
- Provide insights on customer trends, behaviors, and potential areas for business growth.
- Represent Based Vitality with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.
