Pet Drop-Ins

Overview
We are seeking passionate and responsible individual to provide temporary Pet Drop-Ins. In this role, you will provide essential care and companionship to pets while their owners are away. This position is perfect for animal lovers who enjoy flexible schedules and want to make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their families.

Duties

• Visit client' home to care for pets according to their specific needs and routines.
• Provide fresh water and food for pets during each visit. (food is prepared and provided for).
• Engage with pets through playtime, exercise, and companionship to ensure their well-being.
• Maintain a clean environment by cleaning up after pets and ensuring that living areas are tidy.
• Communicate with pet owners about their pet’s behavior, health, and any concerns that may arise during visits.
• Keep accurate records of each visit, including notes on pet activities and any incidents.

Requirements

• Previous experience caring for animals is preferred but not required; a genuine love for pets is essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and provide updates on their pets.
• Ability to follow specific instructions regarding pet care routines and dietary needs.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively while visiting multiple clients.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for travel between client homes.
• Flexibility in scheduling is important, as visits may occur during weekdays or weekends based on client needs.

Pay: $20.93 - $25.21 per hour
