Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and policies
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly organized
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle customer transactions
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating discounts
- Experience in electronics sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
- Ability to upsell products and promote additional sales
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
