Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations & HubSpot Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our business and technical teams, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity across sales, customer success, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical data management, and have a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM.
Key Responsibilities :
Support developing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Gather and document requirements for the technical data team to implement solutions that meet business needs.
Serve as an administrator for HubSpot, managing user permissions, workflows, and integrations.
Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within the CRM.
Support the sales and CSM team with process improvements, reporting, and tools to enhance performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, tracking, reporting, list generation, etc..
