About the role:
We’re looking for a driven and creative Product, Design & Marketing Coordinator Intern to support our product, design and marketing efforts. You’ll work across 3 teams to bring our pet screening tools to life—both visually and strategically. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a mission-driven startup in a fun, fast-paced environment (and yes, we love pets!).
What you'll do:
- Conduct light market and user research to inform design decisions and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with product designers to take customer research learnings and make updates.
- Assist in designing and coordinating marketing materials for product launches, feature updates, and user onboarding. Also updating sales presentations.
- Help coordinate mockups, user-facing visuals and infographics that communicate the value of our product.
- Help manage KPI’s, user metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Who You Are:
- A student or recent graduate in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate about pets, design, and user experience.
- Proficient in design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and comfortable learning new platforms.
- Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Bonus: Experience with startup environments, basic HTML/CSS, or content marketing.
