RESPONSIBILITIES :

Leadership Experience : 5 years leading and managing multiple retail locations or teams.Pet Passion : A genuine love for animals and a strong commitment to their care and well-being.Retail Expertise : A deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.Communication Skills : Exceptional at building rapport with store teams, customers, and corporate stakeholders.Strategic Thinker : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive store success.Results-Driven : Proven success in achieving goals and surpassing expectations.Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation : Required for travel between store locations.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
