A successful Dog Bather is resilient, perceptive, patient, adaptable, and a compassionate dog lover! You'll help to get the dogs comfortable in our salon and spend time bathing them, trimming their nails and providing support throughout the pet's stay.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform bathing services, including, medicated and general cleansing, parasite control baths, pedicures, medicated dips and ear cleansing, as requested for each pet
- Perform all general maintenance of grooming room; clean cages, tubs, grooming tables; vacuum floor; mop floor daily; empty trash; clean clipper blades, scissors and brushes after use.
- Interact with pet parents in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing their grooming-related inquiries.
- Schedule grooming appointments, manage paperwork, and maintain accurate grooming records
- Learn and follow grooming policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in all areas of the grooming business.
