Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and expense control.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Train, interview, and develop staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
- Coordinate catering services and banquet events to meet customer expectations.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and financial reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement hospitality best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the quick service fast food restaurant industry.
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management.
- Experience with catering services and banquet operations is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Strong interviewing skills with experience in hiring and training staff.
