Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the quick service fast food restaurant industry, with expertise in budgeting, catering, and customer service. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage staff effectively, ensure high-quality service, and maintain operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
• Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and expense control.
• Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
• Train, interview, and develop staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
• Coordinate catering services and banquet events to meet customer expectations.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and financial reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement hospitality best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the quick service fast food restaurant industry.
• Strong skills in budgeting and financial management.
• Experience with catering services and banquet operations is preferred.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong interviewing skills with experience in hiring and training staff.
