Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is compelling and aligned with overall branding.
• Create persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertisements.
• Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Utilize WordPress to manage website content and optimize for SEO best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position.
• Strong skills in email marketing, copywriting, performance marketing, SEO, advertising, and analytics.
• Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
