- Handle animals safely and comfortably during grooming sessions, ensuring their well-being throughout the process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming services, pet care tips, and any observed health concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs or concerns.
