- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math to manage inventory effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Engage with customers via phone etiquette to address inquiries or provide information about products.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive selling techniques and relationship building with customers.
Experience
