Job Responsibilities:
- Show each neighbor your genuine passion for pets
- Engage each neighbor to ensure they receive outstanding friendly service, whether in-store or curbside
- Complete onboarding training
- Assist in processing shipments, replenish products, merchandise and monitor floor stock to ensure product is priced, displayed and rotated correctly
- Help maintain a clean and organized store
Qualifications:
- Have a genuine passion for pets and an interest in pet care and nutrition
- Ability to build relationships with neighbors and their pets with enthusiasm
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work a flexible schedule
LH Mercantile, LLC is a franchisee of Pet Supplies Plus that currently has 15 locations throughout the Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana. We provide curbside pickup, delivery/autoship services as well as self-service dog washes and full-service grooming salons. We offer an array of pet foods, supplies and accessories for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish and small animals. However, we’re mostly proud of our knowledgeable team, who love pets and are eager to help pet parents.
