Job Responsibilities :
- Show each neighbor your genuine passion for pets
- Engage each neighbor to ensure they receive outstanding friendly service, whether in-store or curbside
- Complete onboarding training
- Assist in processing shipments, replenish products, merchandise and monitor floor stock to ensure product is priced, displayed and rotated correctly
- Help maintain a clean and organized store
Qualifications :
- Have a genuine passion for pets and an interest in pet care and nutrition
- Ability to build relationships with neighbors and their pets with enthusiasm
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work a flexible schedule
LH Mercantile, LLC is a franchisee of Pet Supplies Plus that currently has 15 locations throughout the Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana.
We provide curbside pickup, delivery / autoship services as well as self-service dog washes and full-service grooming salons.
