Position Objective :
To perform research to assist People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) in its actions pushing major corporations to eliminate cruel practices and products
Primary Responsibilities and Duties :
- Perform advanced research and analysis on issues related to animal welfare, environmental impact, supply chains, vegan alternatives, consumer trends, and more, to support PETA policies, guidelines, and general operating practices
- Facilitate and send external corporate communications
- Prepare SWOT analyses on major corporations
- Prepare PowerPoint and other presentations
- Exercise sound judgment and confidentiality at all times
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
The hourly pay range for this position is $ - $ per hour. The ultimate hourly pay within this range that will be offered to a qualified candidate will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and the cost of living in the area in which the candidate will live and work.
