Job Overview :
PETADATA seeks an experienced Workday Prism Developer to design, develop, and implement complex Workday Prism solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workday Prism Pipelines, Prism Transformations, Data Change Tasks (DCTs), and custom organization setup.
Core Responsibilities :
Develop complex Workday Prism Pipelines handling high data volumes
Create and manage Prism Transformations (Unpivot, Group by, Filter, Rank)
Utilize Data Change Tasks (DCTs) for CRUD operations
Design and implement Custom Organizations, Base Data Sets, and Derived Datasets
Analyze business requirements and deliver quality code in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
Essential Technical Proficiencies :
Workday Prism development and implementation
Workday Prism Pipelines and Analytics
Prism Transformations (Unpivot, Group by, Filter, Rank)
Data Change Tasks (DCTs)
Custom Organizations, Base Data Sets, and Derived Datasets
Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture
Desired Attributes :

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
