Job Description
- We are looking for highly self motivated, reliable and dependable candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of event Crew Member.
- Event staff is responsible for working under the instructions of a Team Lead,
- Load and unload vans of floral creations and props
- Placement and setup of floral creations and props in event venues
- Assisting floral designers in placement
- Breakdown, cleanup of items placed in venue, load into vans and unload back at studio or warehouse
- Inspecting equipment and props for damage after use
- Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events, including floral designs and props
- Ensuring the event hall is clean and organized post event.
- Adhering to event safety standards
- Moreover, Event Crew Member needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of the event, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.
Qualifications
- Diligence and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Physical stamina and high energy levels. Able to lift up to 50 pounds plus work on ladders, scaffolding, etc
- Valid Texas Drivers License to safely drive company supplied vehicles.
