We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art, customer service, and retail sales. This role involves creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions while providing exceptional service to our customers. A successful Floral Designer will be able to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and bring their visions to life through innovative floral creations.
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and preferences.
- Manage inventory by stocking flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during sales.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and display sections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and special requests.
- Ability to multi task and keep an organized work space.
- Able to work 1-2 Saturdays a month
Experience
- A degree or background in art is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on retail sales experience.
