Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and promote our products will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience. Hours would be Thursdays from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm with more hours around major holidays. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently while handling transactions.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring displays are appealing.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Assist with retail sales activities, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with cash register operations is a plus.
