Lab Swim Returns to Petaluma Adult Education

End Date: May 30, 2025
Days / Times:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:30 AM - 7:00 AM
Sundays from 10:30 AM - Noon
Requirements / Qualifications:
Shall work the lap swim program, with their start times 15 minutes before lap swim starts, and their end times 15 minutes after lap swim ends.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the entrance to the pool vicinity
- Must be an adult over 18 years of age
As part of the Lap Swim Registration, community members sign a waiver Release of Liability. They will purchase a non-transferable semester pass (good for up to 63 swims). The Pool Attendant shall supervise entrance to the pool vicinity at all times. They will have a list of all registered swimmers. When a swimmer shows up, the Pool Attendant shall check their ID to verify that they are the individual who signed the waiver. No more than 18 swimmers shall be admitted at any one time. (Six lanes with three swimmers each max).

Fingerprint clearance required. There is a fingerprint processing fee payable by the employer post-offer / pre-placement.
The applicant will need to submit evidence that he or she is free from tuberculosis in accordance with Education Code 49406.
