Who you are:

You are an experienced dental office manager looking to take your hunger for business growth to the next level. You are an RDH/RDA/EF2 or dental business professional looking to take that next step into management and leading teams. (Experience in management at some level is necessary to proceed.) Requirements/Teach-able skills within first 90 days of employment:

• Understanding of emotional intelligence and how it applies in sales.
• Knowledge/awareness of your own empathy and adaptability.
• Naturally strong intuition and good professional boundaries.
• Attention to detail, strategy, and follow-up skills.

Past Experience a PLUS!

• Sales and Commission Experience a huge PLUS!
• Spanish speaking a PLUS!
• Dental, medical, health or wellness of any kind.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
