We seek a talented professional Pet Bather who is enthusiastic about making clients and pets feel welcomed, possesses a warm and positive demeanor, learns quickly and loves being around pets to join our Conroe, TX team.
Candidates must be willing to work 3-4 days per week (Fridays and Saturdays are required, we are closed Sundays). Our hours are 9 am - 6 pm Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm on Saturday. We offer highly competitive hourly pay.

- Must Love Dogs
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow client direction.
- A patient and caring demeanor during the grooming process while managing time in a high-volume environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Having a generally high energy, fun-loving approach to life
- Ability to bathe dogs to include: Brushing, Clip/ Dremel nails and express anal glands
Key Responsibilities include the essential functions, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and their pets warmly and professionally
- Ensuring customer complaints are handled appropriately and escalated to the owners when necessary
- Ensuring the boutique is orderly, clean.
- Work varied hours, days, evenings, and weekends as business needs dictate
- Stand and walk for long periods
- Safely work around pets and pet waste
- Assist self-serve clients with set-up and operation of tubs and driers
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize holding areas, tubs, and dust as necessary to maintain an exceptional client experience and working environment.
- Bathe Dogs
- Perform Nail trims, anal gland expression, brush outs
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications desired but not required
