Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,640 – $73,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department
- Schedule interviews and hire concessions team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
- Follow federal, state, and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO
- Ensure the cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
- Prepare sales and operational reports as required
More about you
- Minimum of Three years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a concessions environment
- No college degree required
- Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures; ability to analyze data
- Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS systems
