The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a seasonal Luxury Suites Supervisor to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Luxury Suites Supervisor, you will ensure all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while guests receive the highest quality of customer service.

What will you do?
- Supervises and coordinates activities of the suites on a per-shift basis, including training and enforcing work procedures and service standards.
- Observes, evaluates, and documents the job performance of associates and assists with personnel performance.
- Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately.
- Ensures all areas remain clean, sanitized, and safe.
- Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.
- Estimates, requests, and inspects supplies and inventory.
- Ensures accuracy of all deliveries.
- Adheres to and enforces inventory and labor control measures.
- Performs opening and closing procedures for assigned areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
More about you
- A minimum of two years experience in a food service position required.
- Previous cashier experience required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to GuestPath’s Universal Service Standards.
- Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training.
- Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.
Physical requirements
- Standing and walking for entire length of shift, twist at waist, bending and squatting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
