Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed goals related to total Pet Care Center sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Schedule and adjust labor hours & payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales & payroll goals, and complete workload.
- Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, including Pet Care Center visits and audit results.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic business & finance acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong customer service and ability to instruct others.
- Have three or more years of management experience or equivalent.
- Be licensed to operate a motor vehicle.
