About This Role
">We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Services Manager to lead our animal care and services team. In this critical role, you'll establish and promote a culture of excellence in veterinary medicine and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
">- Oversee daily operation and manage all aspects of the business to ensure sales and profitability projections are met
- Coach partners to peak levels of productivity, efficiency, and teamwork
- Establish, model, and sustain an environment of proactive customer engagement
- Manage partners, which includes recruiting, reviewing job applications, interviewing job applicants, checking references, conducting pre-employment background checks, hiring, and training
- Participate in tasks associated with scheduling veterinarians in advance of clinics
Qualifications and Requirements
">- Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver's License and have the ability to operate a motor vehicle (car)
- Supervises Vet Assistants, Customer Assistant, and Rig Managers and other market support personnel
