Job Description:
- Lead a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth across all categories, including services.
- Implement guest-centric programs such as nutrition standards, companion animal sales, seasonal promotions, and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Process register transactions efficiently while creating a great experience for each guest.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, validate, recognize, and perform performance management of directly reporting partners.
- Model leadership and selling behaviors to store partners and associates.
- Ensure the weekly schedule is written effectively to maximize sales floor coverage and guest engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other applications as needed.
