About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As an Operations Generalist, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and inventory across the entire pet care center
- Ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed to create a great presentation for our guests
- Processing register transactions in a way that creates a great experience for each guest
- Supporting animal care procedures to maintain pet health
- Completing training programs to maintain a high level of expertise in their role
- Promoting a positive culture of teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about animal welfare and has a strong interest in providing excellent customer service. You should be able to:
- Demonstrate a keen and genuine interest in animals and their care
- Communicate effectively with guests and other partners and leaders within the store
- Work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A GED or equivalent work experience

- A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet store needs
