Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest experience services
- Assist guests in selecting merchandise based on their needs
- Demonstrate a high level of interest in animal welfare, health, and handling
- Perform cashiering duties and related tasks to support store sales goals
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and priced
- Adhere to operational guidelines and store policies
Key Accountabilities:
- Evaluate guest inquiries and refer to leaders as needed
- Ensure the health and well-being of live animals
- Interact professionally with guests and team members
- Provide prompt and courteous service
- Demonstrate knowledge in nutrition, Pals Rewards, and suggestive selling techniques
Requirements:
- Bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and pulling 2000 lbs using material handling equipment
Pay Range:
$15.00 - $21.00 Hourly or SalarySalary : $15 - $21
