Position: Assistant Account Manager
Job Description: PetData is seeking a full-time Assistant Account Manager. The position is 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday in the office.
Responsibilities: The Assistant Account Manager provides direct support to Account Managers and will work on the following:
- Request and process data and records from clients
- Help Account Managers with client requests and updates
- Communicate with multiple departments to research client and customer issues
- Process and prepare batches of pet license sales and vaccination certificates from veterinary clinics
- Proofread and reconcile batches of pet license sales
- Make outbound calls and emails to follow up on reports or invoices
- Prepare or request customer refunds according to policies
- Perform other tasks as needed
Skills/Qualifications: Proficient in Word and Excel. High level of attention to detail. Excellent customer service as well as written and verbal communication skills. Loves to problem-solve and do research. Able to manage and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, quick learner who enjoys learning new tasks and software. Pleasant, positive and works well with others.
