Position: Call Center Representative - NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS
Job Description: Full-time on-site call center position for Bilingual - English/Spanish representative. Shift will be Monday-Friday, 10:15 AM - 7:00 PM.
Duties: Answer inbound phone lines, assisting customers with courtesy and professionalism. Respond to inbound emails and process faxed documents. Update customer information in database and perform other tasks as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: 2 years call center experience is required. Call center experience should include handling inbound phone lines as well as electronic communication such as email. Bilingual English/Spanish needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Pleasant and patient demeanor. Works well with others and can handle pressure.
