Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with new and existing accounts, understanding our portfolio, identifying opportunities, and coordinating implementation with our teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer bases
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive growth and revenue
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Meet or exceed sales targets set in place for individual accounts and products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 3-5 years of sales and account management experience
- Experience in animal nutrition and pet industry preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
