What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skid Steer Operator/Pool Construction Laborer- CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED position at Pete Alewine Pool Co?
This is NOT a sit-and-drive position — driving is only part of the job. You will be an active member of the crew, handling labor-intensive tasks on-site.
**Experience in construction and using machinery (skid steer, mini-ex, etc.) required
***You must have a valid and CLEAN driver's license, and be able to pass a drug screening. Must provide an MVR with interview.
The Job:
- Heavy labor: digging, carrying, setting forms, etc.
- Operate skid steers, excavators, and similar machines
- Work outside — rain, shine, heat, or cold
- Keep the jobsite clean and safe
- Follow instructions without constant supervision
Must Have:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record — no exceptions
- Solid experience running skid steers or excavators
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Show up on time, ready to work — every day
Hours: Full-time plus overtime, 50-60 hours a week, Monday thru Friday, occasional Saturdays during Summer
