What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swimming Pool Cleaning position at Pete Alewine Pool & Spa?
No previous experienced required. Training will be provided.
Employee must have a valid drivers license, be able to pass a drug test and be able to lift 50 lbs
We expect promptness and timeliness in arriving to work each day
Tardiness and excessive absence will lead to a quick dismissal
We are a year-round company. Not seasonal.
Responsibilities of our cleaners (training will be provided):
- Understand water chemistry and how it affects pool water
- Clean the swimming pool i.e. skim the top, brush the walls and steps, vacuum the bottom
- Understand and be able to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Represent and be an ambassador for the company while in the customer's yard
- Be able to use a smartphone and the apps associated with the work that we do
