OVERVIEW:

In our Greencastle location, we are responsible for packing and shipping eggs to stores all over the United States. The Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for all work-related activities in relation to cleaning and sanitizing all processing equipment, floors, and drains on a nightly basis. This person must be able to work independently and efficiently.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Rinse, foam, scrub and wash, rinse and then sanitize the following:
- Pre-loader
- Loader
- Orientator Table
- Spools
- Washers
- Dirt Detector
- Crack Detector
- Scales
- Dryer
- Transfer
- Packers 1-20
- Drop Brushes
- Pre and Post process Floors
- Gutters
- Drains
End of day hygiene sweep of entire processing plant – remove waste and debris
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in a processing environment preferred
- Cleaning experience preferred
