The Turf Care Maintenance Team is looking for a hardworking, proud, punctual individual to help continue the steady climb of improving golf course conditions every day at the Club. Pete Dye Golf Club is adding an entry level seasonal position to our Turf Care Team for 2025. Pay is $13.00/hour. The club is home of WVU Golf's Mountaineer Invitational and was the 2021 host site for the WV Open Championship. Are you tired of boring jobs that have you sitting or standing around all day? Our team stays physically active and logs plenty of steps with activities that include: walk mowing tees, push mowing and string trimming roughs, raking and weeding bunkers, filling divots and general course cleanup, along with other special projects. Position requires working in all types of weather conditions and working cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment. Season runs from late-March through mid-November. Work week hours range between 40 to 45 hours, dependent on weather and scheduled events. Overtime available, as deemed by Superintendent. Weekend hours are typically 3-5 hours each day. Every other weekend scheduled off per Superintendent. Flexible daytime schedules also available on a part-time basis.
