Responsibilities
- Coordinating on-site interviews between Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.
- Application processing for walk-ins, internal applicants, and referrals.
- Delivery of new hire orientation and onboarding.
HR Support
- Provide administrative support for HR Policy and Health and Safety initiatives.
- Benefit administration including eligibility meetings and enrollments.
- Employee relations and engagement.
Administrative Support
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Direct plant visitors.
- Process procurement requests.
Qualifications
- High school degree and 2 years of related experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
