Batch Plant Operator
Location: Box Elder, SD
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Batch Plant Operator to join our team at our new Liberty Plant in Box Elder, South Dakota. This critical role ensures the efficient operation of the plant by overseeing production processes, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and quality standards.
About the Role
- Operate control systems, process customer orders and produce materials to finished product.
- Analyze process variations, evaluate samples, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct frequent equipment and process inspections to identify potential failures and maintain peak operation.
- Wear required PPE, report hazards, and adhere to company safety protocols.
