About the Role
- Operate a truck equipped with a concrete pump, including setting up the machinery and directing the boom for precise concrete output.
- Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to customer job sites.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure operational reliability.
- Assemble and operate the concrete pump, maintaining safety standards throughout the delivery process.
- Conduct hazard assessments to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating strong customer service skills.

What We're Looking For
- A valid Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement is required. Basic understanding of mechanical systems is preferred.

- Flexible and willing to adapt to longer days and occasional weekends.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and with PPE.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check, drug screening, and medical exam.
