Customer Service Supervisor

We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a dedicated team within our Mining & Mineral Processing division, while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service. From managing contracts and pricing structures to analyzing sales performance and inventory data, you'll be at the heart of ensuring seamless customer experiences and sustainable growth.
About the Role:
- · Develop and maintain processes to ensure top level customer experiences.
- · Supervise customer service and technical staff.
- · Streamline internal processes.
- · Support revenue growth initiatives and ensure customer expectations are met with professionalism and precision.
