Logistics Coordinator

Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., a multi-state mining, mineral processing and construction materials company, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Rapid City, SD. About the Role
- Serve as the primary liaison for third-party haulers (truck and rail) to coordinate shipments.
- Support Sales and Operations teams with forecasting, planning, and supply chain initiatives.
- Oversee inventory management controls for customer-related inventories.
- Identify and implement efficiencies in loading techniques and trans-loading processes.
- Negotiate freight terms and ensure compliance with agreements for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Resolve order, shipment, and billing discrepancies while maintaining adherence to contractual standards.
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: Starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience.
